He holds a PhD in Management & Organizational Sciences and has over 20 years of experience in the financial economy business. As an associate researcher at the German Association for Coaching/ Deutscher Bundesverband Coaching (DBVC) and the International Organization for Business Coaching (IOBC), he combines practical experience with academic research. His work focuses on leadership, diverse competence in coaching, organizational develompment, digital transformation, making significant contributions to both theory and practice.
