Peer Review
This journal uses a double-blind peer review process. The identities of authors and reviewers remain concealed from each other throughout the review stage. The editorial team ensures that submitted manuscripts are anonymized before they are sent to reviewers. Authors are not required to anonymize their submissions themselves.
Authors may suggest potential reviewers when submitting their manuscript. These suggestions are taken into consideration but are not binding. Reviewers are selected based on their academic or professional qualifications relevant to the topic of the manuscript and must not have a conflict of interest. Reviewers are expected to evaluate the manuscript’s quality, originality, clarity, and contribution, maintain confidentiality, and provide constructive and objective feedback. Reviewers must not attempt to identify the authors.
Manuscripts are generally reviewed by two or more independent reviewers. Editorial decisions are based on the reviewer reports and the journal’s academic standards.
Conflicts of interest must be disclosed by authors, reviewers, and editors. If a manuscript is submitted by a member of the Editorial Board, the selection of reviewers and the editorial decision are handled by another member of the Editorial Board in order to ensure impartiality. Otherwise, submissions by Editorial Board members are treated the same as any other submission.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data and arguments presented in their manuscript and must comply with relevant ethical standards. Research involving human or animal subjects must show evidence of appropriate ethical approval where required.
Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a reasoned request. Appeals are reviewed by an editor who was not involved in the original decision. Complaints or concerns regarding ethical or procedural issues are handled in line with established academic publishing standards.
The journal is committed to fairness, academic integrity, and transparency in its review process.
