6 Steps to Publication
The double-blind peer-review process for all journals at WR Publishing consists of six simple steps:
- Write your paper using the WR Publishing template. Format your references according to APA7 standard.
- Submit your paper: Fill out our submission form and send your paper (doc / docx) via
email to submission@wr-publishing.org - Receive feedback within one week whether your paper is suitable for the journal and will enter the double-blind peer-review process.
- Receive the peer-review results within two weeks.
- Revise your paper, if applicable.
- Receive the notification that your paper is accepted for publication and an invoice for the article processing charge (if applicable). After receipt of payment, your paper will be published in the current issue within a few days.
All articles in journals of WR Publishing are published under CC BY 3.0 license (learn more). Authors can therefore simply download their articles from our website and upload them freely on the Internet after publication.
As automatical indexing for example in Google Scholar or on ResearchGate may take up to a few weeks sometimes, we encourage our authors to download their paper after publication and manually add it to the most important scientific databases. We’ve created this small guide how to manually add papers to scientific databases like Google Scholar, ResearchGate or ORCiD.
Publication Formats & Article Processing Charge
All our journals support different publication formats:
- Original Research Article (presents new findings, follows structured format, reports experiments, observations, or studies)
- Literature Review (summarizes existing research, identifies trends and gaps, no new experiments)
- Case Study (in-depth analysis, focuses on real-world situations, illustrates specific phenomena)
To cover our costs, we charge different article processing charges (APC) for our journals. APCs are to be paid after an article has been accepted for publication. Below you will find details of the APCs we currently charge for the various journals.
- IJARBM: 80 Euros
- IJMAT: No APCs – costs are fully covered by WR Publishing
- IJDHT: No APCs – costs are fully covered by WR Publishing
The fee is due only after acceptance of the paper for publication, payable by bank transfer or PayPal. An invoice for the amount will be issued.
